Carmine Giordano

A Fulbright Scholar (Classics Study, Rome, Italy), Carmine Giordano is Associate Editor of Abalone Moon. He has published in various print magazines and journals, and more of his poetry can be read in both the the Winter, and The Transitory:Light and Shadow, issues of Abalone Moon.


Phyllis Holliday

Born in Idaho, lived in Oregon, where she studied with William Stafford at Lewis and Clark College. Published in numerous small press literary magazines, including Sheaf, edited by David Hoag, Spit in the Ocean, edited by Ken Kesey, Tree, edited by David Meltzer, Poets West, edited by Lawrenced Spingarn, Peace and Pieces, and Mythic Circle. In 1978 became the care-giver for Dimitri, her head-injured son, which changed her life. Now working on a novel called The Photomythograper's Tale. Set in 1878 in the West, with Native Americans, outlaws, quirky Oregon townfolk, a woman photographer and fairies You can see more of Phyllis Holliday's work in the Winter, and the Myth issues of Abalone Moon.


Tracy M. Rogers

Tracy M. Rogers is a photographer, writer, editor and web designer. She grew up in Fayetteville, a college town in northwestern Arkansas. She holds a history degree from the University of Arkansas and dropped out of graduate school due to "creative differences" with her faculty advisors. Her poetry can be found in Poetry Kit Magazine and the current issue of Prism Quarterly. When she is not masterminding The Aurora Review, an online literary and cultural magazine, Tracy is either busy writing her first novel or working on her ongoing "Clouds" photo project. Michael Shorb

Michael Shorb is a poet, children's story writer, and novelist who lives in San Franciso, California. His poetry has appeared in the Michigan Quarterly, The Nation, Kansas Quarterly, The Shakespeare Newsletter, California Quarterly, Pulpsmith, The Sun, and many others. Children's material has been recorded by Shoofly. He has worked for over ten years in the database production department of a major information services provider.
